Submission Formats:
Either full papers (6+n pages, IEEE format) or 1-page abstracts are accepted. Full papers will be reviewed and published online (as per previous years) if desired. Templates can be found at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
Presentations will be in both oral and poster formats.
